Syracuse City continues to grow with 273 new home permits issued this year with a total of 763 (with a dozen more waiting to be issued before the end of the year) building permits issued, 167 of those being solar permits. As a reminder and for your safety, a building permit and inspection are needed for remodeling basements, changing out furnaces, water heaters, air conditioners and other projects.
