Connor Nuibe
Syracuse High School

Connor Nuibe is a senior at Syracuse High School. He was born in Bethesda, Maryland, and moved to Utah when he was seven because of his dad’s work. His mom immigrated to the U.S from the Netherlands, and his dad is from L.A. He wants to be an electrical engineer and attend the University of Utah or a school in Southern California. He has a 4.0 GPA, a 35 super score on the ACT, and has taken 12 AP classes. He has taken three classes at the University of Utah. He took Calculus 3 last spring and is now taking Differential Equations and Linear Algebra. Way to go, Connor!

Stephanie Jimenez
Syracuse High School

Stephanie Jimenez is a successful young woman who has a bright future. She has amazing amounts of charisma, generosity, and drive to succeed and persevere. Stephanie received many acknowledgements while attending elementary school, but when her family moved to Utah, she faced many challenges. Despite the language barrier at home that prevented her parents from being able to help her, Stephanie never gave up. Her mother, Antonia Jiminez, pledges her full support to help Stephanie with whatever is within her understanding and is so proud of her daughter. Stephanie will realize her dreams with the support of those who love her and who believe in her. It is with wholehearted gratitude and determination that Stephanie will continue to succeed. Way to go, Stephanie!
