On January 11, the council met in a business meeting and took the following actions:

1. Authorized the execution of an annual amendment to an agreement with Davis County to provide animal control services within Syracuse City.
2. Adopted the Davis County Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan 2021 Update
3. Authorize Administration to execute Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Antelope BMX for BMX park project.
