Our employee spotlight for this month is Kadi Jacobsen. Kadi is a Human Resources Specialist for the city who specializes in recruitment and wellness.

She started working at Syracuse in September 2022. She works with the city’s Hiring Managers to oversee and complete full-cycle recruitment. This includes preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.

Kadi has her bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University in Business – Human Resource Management. A local Syracuse native, Kadi enjoys hanging out with family, doing yoga, and reading.
